Sizing

Please choose your size carefully. The way we measure sizes may be different to the way you measure sizes. Please check our sizing guide and the detailed list of sizes on each product page.

How do I buy from this site?

Add an item to the cart, checkout, then pay. We will send an email to confirm when we have received payment, and another when we have shipped your order.

What if a product is out of stock?

Our stock levels update approximately every few days, this does mean that an item may appear to be in-stock but may not be available. In this case, we will notify you via email and provide you with alternative options. Of course, you won't be charged for any out of stock items.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Solo, Switch / Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta and Electron for online payments. All transactions are done via PayPal.

Can I change my order?

We will happily make changes to your order, as long as we haven't shipped it!

Hassle-free Returns

Don't forget, we offer hassle-free returns!

NO Customs Charges!

We have not heard of anyone being charged import tax or customs duties - but just to make you feel sure, we guarantee you won't be! Yep, we will refund any tax that you are charged (up to 25% of the value of the item), if you send us a scan of the customs receipt.

Fraud

In assessing your request for goods, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. We may disclose your address and post code details to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information for the purposes of fraud prevention it will remain secure. We reserve the right to decline any order, for any reason.
