Hassle-free Returns at Ark Clothes

Arkclothes.com believe in our products, and are sure you will too. So, we're really happy to let you know about our hassle free return policy :

Every qualifying item you purchase at Arkclothes.com must meet your standards - or you can return it for a replacement, or store credit for the full product cost minus shipping.

Wrong look? Wrong size? Not what you wanted? No problem - we'll even pay the shipping back to you if you're exchanging a clothing item for a different size.

The following terms apply to all returns:

• Items must be in as-new and unused condition, including original tags and packaging - we cannot accept items that have been used, worn or damaged.
• Return requests must be made within 21 days from date of delivery.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an Return Authorization number.
• Returned products must be received by Arkclothes.com within 10 business days from the date the RA is issued.
• You only need to pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to Arkclothes.com.
• Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
• Please let us know if there is any specific issue - we will try to help.
• Clearance items and items on special offer cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Clothing exchanges for a different size will include free shipping back to you (first exchange only).
• Returns for a full refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• All credits will be issued to the same payment method used at time of order. Fees paid for international duties, taxes, brokerage fees are non-refundable.
