Do you ship to my country?

We ship globally - yep, that includes your country! 

Shipping addresses in South Africa - your package will need to be shipped UPS, due to previous issues with your postal services, please contact us after ordering for details.

We guarantee no import duty or tax on your order!

We guarantee that you will pay no tax or import duty when you receive your items.
How do we do this? If your shipping address is in:
- USA
- EU
- Australia
then we express-ship with UPS to a shipping processor inside your country, who actually pays the import duty and tax for you, and then ships on to you with your local mail service (FedEx in the USA, Royal Mail from the UK in the EU, AusPost in Australia). Ie. your great items will essentially be coming from your country.
We will send you the tracking number for the first express shipment, and then for the second if it is tracked. This shipping method takes about 1 - 7 days while we build up the shipment, 5 days to ship express air, and then around 3-7 days for your local carrier to deliver to your door. Ie. you will usually have your order within 12-19 working days.
For countries outside those 3 areas, we are happy to offer a no-tax/no-duty guarantee as well - if you are charged anything to receive your item, just send us the receipt and we will send you that amount (max 20% of order cost).

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We ship with Tracked Airmail; the company we use depends on your shipping destination - please see above for details. Delivery usually takes 6 - 16 working days. At busy times, or due to customs holdups, it can very rarely take up to 20 days.

If you require faster service: we can ship 4-6 day EMS or 3-4 day UPS Express Direct; please make a normal order, then contact us and we will send you an invoice for the extra amount. We cannot send express to APO addresses or PO Boxes. EMS costs around $15-per-item more than regular shipping, UPS about $50-per-item extra.

Standard shipments will usually be delivered by a local carrier (FedEx in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, AusPost in Australia).

If you're ordering more than 25 items, please contact us after ordering if you require airport-to-airport service; this takes 3-5 days and is about 25% the cost of regular shipping, but you will need to go to your nearest bonded airport to pickup the items, and will have to pay duty there.

How do I check my order status?

If you'd like to check what stage of shipping your order is at, you can check it on our simple-to-use order tracking page.

We try and process all orders within 1 business day, but may take up to a week to build up a consolidated shipment heading to your country. This will show as 'Boxed'. Once your order is shipped, it will then either show the first tracking number for the consolidated shipment, or it will show status 'Air freighted'. Once it is processed it will then be updated with your local tracking number if there is one assigned to it. Once it is on this last stage of the journey it will show the status as 'Shipped' or 'Complete'.

How do I track my shipment?

All orders are shipped with tracked post; we will send you your package tracking number once shipped.
Please note that if your shipping address is to the USA, EU, or Australia, that first tracking number will be the consolidated UPS shipment to your country's onward shippers, not to your address.
Shipping to other countries will go by Track-n-Trace Air with Thailand Post : Orders can be tracked online on the Thailand Post website. If your Thailand-Post-shipped order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, please contact us and we will track it for you. (This is very rare - Thailand Post has proven extremely reliable). Post Offices will only accept an item as missing after 25 working days, hence that disclaimer.
