Do you ship to my country?

We ship globally - yep, that includes your country! 

Shipping addresses in South Africa - your package will need to be shipped DHL, due to previous issues with your postal services, please contact us after ordering for details.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We ship with Tracked Airmail from Thailand Post. Delivery usually takes 6 - 16 working days. At busy times, or due to customs holdups, it can very rarely take up to 20 days.

If you require faster service: we can ship 7-day EMS or 3-4 day DHL; please make a normal order, then contact us and we will send you an invoice for the extra amount. We cannot send EMS to APO addresses or PO Boxes. EMS costs around $15-per-item more than regular shipping, DHL about $50-per-item extra.

Standard shipments will usually be delivered by your national carrier (eg. USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK).

If you're ordering more than 25 items, please contact us after ordering if you require airport-to-airport service; this takes 3-5 days and is about 25% the cost of regular shipping, but you will need to go to your nearest bonded airport to pickup the items, and will have to pay duty there.

How do I track my shipment?

All orders are shipped with tracked post; we will send you your package tracking number once shipped. Orders over 2kg in weight can be tracked online on the Thailand Post website. Orders under 2kg in weight are sent tracked airmail via 'Small Packet Air' and are only trackable manually from our end - if your order is less than 2kg and hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, please contact us and we will track it for you. (This is very rare - Thailand Post has proven extremely reliable). Post Offices will only accept an item as missing after 25 working days, hence that disclaimer.
If you require online tracking for your sub-2kg order, please contact us before submitting your order, and we will arrange it (shipping cost is typically double, delivery time equal). If you are a member you can also log into your arkclothes.com account and see the status there.

NO Customs Charges!

We have not heard of anyone being charged import tax or customs duties - but just to make you feel sure, we guarantee you won't be! Yep, we will refund any tax that you are charged (up to 25% of the value of the item), if you send us a scan of the customs receipt.
